Mike Long has been involved in Pennsylvania politics for over 30 years, serving for 23 as the Majority Staff Administrator (Chief of Staff) to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate – the most senior staff position in the Senate. Mike has been featured as one of "Pennsylvania’s Ten Most Influential People" in the January 2010 issue of Politics magazine and is consistently rated by various news sources as one of the most influential figures in the Pennsylvania Political process.

Todd Nyquist was the chief political strategist for the Senate Republicans in the 2008, 2009 and 2010 election cycles. Todd is widely credited for helping to guide Senator Joe Scarnati to victory in 2001 and in his election to President Pro Tempore in 2007. In January of 2010, Politics magazine named him one of the top influencers in the "opinion of people who matter" in Pennsylvania.

John Burch had spent the last 11 years working for Dr. Pepper Snapple Group in south Florida. He began his career in the beverage industry as an account manager and then to marketing and public relations. He was involved in major product launches including; Venom energy drink, 7UP refresh, and Sun Drop. In early 2011, he returned to his hometown of Mechanicsburg, PA, and became the Director of Public Relations for Commonwealth Strategic Solutions. John is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and earned a B.S. in Business Management.
